For me the customer is important, without them I have no business. If there is something wrong please contact me immediately so I may correct the problem.
Sizes and Measurements:
The size (if known) is listed in the description but as Thai sizes are not standard I always measure the garment, please see the chart.
Measurements are taken with the garment and tape measure taught. For shoulder, bust and waist sizes the flat measurement should be doubled.
Hand Made Items:
Items that are handmade may vary a bit from each other and the pictures shown are representative of the items on offer. These differences are part of the charm and uniquness of hand made tems.
Privacy Policy:
We value your pricacy as I do my own. Your details will not be given or sold to anyone else without your permission.
Payment Terms:
At the moment I only accept PayPal for payment. Please make your payment promptly to avoid delay in despatch.
Despatch:
Goods are sent as soon as possible after payment being received and not longer than 24 hours, except for Sundays and Thai public holidays.
Post and Packing:
The price include post and packing to USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand by registered airmail. Please make sure that there is someone to receive it.
The Thai Post Office state that delivery is normally fourteen to twenty-one days but can be as much as 30 days. My experience is that it is usually seven to ten working days. If not received after a month please contact me and I will try and find out what has happened.
Insurance is not included in the cost of shipping but may be purchased as an extra, please contact me for the cost.
Despatch by EMS which is a faster, trackable service is available as an extra, please contact me for the cost.
If a delivery is received damaged I must be notified within three days of receipt.
Customs & Import Duties:
Any Customs and/or Import Duties are beyond my control and are for the customer to pay.
Returns & Exchanges:
All items are carefully checked before sending. Any request to return must be made within three days of receipt. Items may be returned only after the return has been agreed to. They must be in the same condition as when sent.
All returns will be checked before a refund is made. If they have been used, damaged or altered in any way no refund will be made. A deduction for the cost of shipping will be made from the refund.
Return postage will be at your cost.
If I have made a mistake, then the costs will be down to me.
